A grass roots freedom movement is taking root and spreading in rural British Columbia. Here is my story:

Some background. Friday Sept 9th
Rather than hang around while my car was being serviced at a local garage, I offloaded my mountain bike from the cycle rack and rode off for a few hours of fresh air and exercise on the roads and trails of our little town.
On a seldom used dirt trail I pulled aside for an oncoming slow moving pickup truck and a big black dog.
I was slow to recognize the driver. I met him several times in the months and years past while walking the river trails beyond the ball park. We always stopped to chat. At our last encounter, in March, the subject of the vaxx was broached. We are both unvaxxed, but he suffered a great deal more from the shunning and isolation. He found support and comradeship in the freedom rallies at nearby Kamloops.

I learned that he and others had been protesting the baby vaxx at the local clinic. Few citizens paid them much heed until two days after vaccination a baby died. After that there was keen interest in what the demonstrators had to say. The freedom torch in our little town was lit !

Later on Friday afternoon, my friend and one other local freedom fighter gathered around my dining room table. We talked well into the night.

Sunday, Sept 11th
My friend hosted a Meet and Greet on Sunday for the “awake but not woke.” Kamloops has many members and it was feared they would swamp the local crowd, so they were not invited to attend this time. However, their reps and speakers did attend.

I have been asked to host the next event for Saturday October 1st. The Kamloops chapter will be invited.

I am having difficulty posting pics of the Meet and Greet. I did manage send a few along to Fully. He has volunteered to post them for me. – SF
