As posted/commented before … it goes back to the Roman times and even back to the time of Byzantium. Humanity has always been enslaved even in modern times while not knowing. Recently ‘they’ screwed it even more with Transhumanism as a controlable end-goal; enslaved in a matrix by injectables, controlled by a switch via 5 G.
One can say no but better is addressing in a legal manner that you have opt-out while becoming Souvereign/Autonomous. Such (indeed) takes courage … and deep knowlegde but IMO is the only way!
