Thanks for this post. Over 40 years ago we were taught in school this same information. Just for blood and salivary splatter. Change when wet or after every patient. This goes for all masks except the lab respirators which are not practical for everyone.

Yes, masks do more harm than good. People pull them out of a dirty pocket where their cell phone, wallet and other less than clean items are. We have all seen this.
