Gab will outlast Parler
Gab is way better than Parler and may be one of the last places free speech will still survive as it’s being stomped out. Parler relies on many things that can be shut down by third party vendors to eliminate Parler. Gab built its entire infrastructure and is reliant on no one.
Many people leaving Twitter are going to Gab and gab alone like codemonkeyz and neon revolt. I would read them and read IPOT1776 and Julian’s Rum that are there.
Codemonkey (Ron) who ran the 8chan and 8kun free speech websites has been critical of Parler and says he will ONLY post on Gab going forward.
The message from the ceo of Gab is great below. He’s doing everything he can to help freedom of speech stay alive.

Subject: A Message From Gab’s CEO
?
Over the past several weeks I have been openly warning the Gab community to be on the lookout for fedposters and threats or encouragement of violence on Gab. This PSYOP campaign started back in early December with newly created accounts popping up out of nowhere and making threats of violence. We have zero tolerance for this behavior and it is absolutely not free speech.
This has always been our policy. We have thousands of volunteers, customers, and longtime community members who helped us stomp out this PSYOP campaign over the past several weeks and expose it. After this week, it’s clear why this PSYOP was started: to take down alt-tech platforms and frame them for the January 6th protests that ended with the police killing an unarmed woman.
Almost instantly after police allowed protestors into the Capitol the New York Times started a baseless narrative that this protest was organized on alt-tech sites, and in particular on Gab, without offering any proof, screenshots, usernames, or evidence to back these baseless claims. I’ve recorded a video highlighting how this all played out. I hope you’ll take some time to watch it to learn how the CIA Mockingbird Media complex operates. The way we fight back is with truth and by speaking truth to their power, which is quickly fading.
God bless you and God bless America

How to use it?
I just access it on a web browser and have bookmarks for my favorite people. I’m sure there are feeds but I never used Twitter that way either. I find people I trust that repost other people’s material and by following just a few lets me see almost all the good stuff.
People I follow:
—- https://gab.com/codemonkey (just came here and I’m sure will post prolifically soon)
—- https://gab.com/NeonRevolt (Great and very prolific poster)
(Used to be one of the most prolific posters on Twitter. Reduced frequency since he lost his almost 1 million followers but he’ll be back. He’s not a fan of Parler and has almost completely abandoned that account)
—- https://gab.com/IPOT1776 One of the best voices and independent thinkers on the net. IPOT loves Gab. His videos are tremendous.
—- https://gab.com/SGTreport This is a good voice to listen to. Has good videos as well.
——- https://gab.com/x22report THE BEST VIDEOS on the net right now. Daily videos.
People are shunning the billionaire owned Parler. Some people think Parler was set up to gather all the Republicans and then get shut down at a crucial moment to kill conservative communications when it is needed most.
Gab is going through growing pains (so slow at times now-wasn’t before) and they even doubled in number of views in a single day recently. It’s the future of free speech and everyone looking for that will eventually go there.
Say prayers Patriots. Our nation and freedom needs them daily, no make that hourly right now…
On a far-left site one poster stated today that mozilla is starting to limit access to some sites though I believe one or more other posters expressed skepticism and denounced the poster (I didn’t read carefully). I have not checked so I may be spreading misinformation or false rumor. Nevertheless the topic might be useful to consider. Smokeless (decodable) smoke signals anyone?
Big tech are signing their own death warrants. How do their stocks not crater? Facebook/Twitter/google?
no doubt, not just +100 million Americans but most of the world loved Trump as well.
I just checked that site. Someone else commented with a reference link:
https://www.rt.com/usa/511996-mozilla-firefox-deplatform-trump-internet/
“Mozilla says ‘deplatforming’ Trump isn’t enough, wants to shield internet from ‘bad actors’ as users uninstall Firefox in disgust”
I’m not much of a tech person and will be lost if too much censorship happens. The particular site where I read about firefox (moonofalabama.org) several years ago had a discussion of what might happen and one thing various commenters suggested to each other back then was having ready IPs of your favorite dissident sites to type in just in case URLs stop getting converted automatically. I haven’t done that. I wonder whether that’s something to do?
(Or do you think fax machines are available in pawn shops and are they going to be open with shutdowns for interfax? Just joking.)
Thanks Chuck excellent information and invaluable.

“The Conservative Media Revolution”
Excellent! Much needed at this critical time.
If one wants to stay marginalized it helps to keep one’s self in a box — say, for example, the “conservative” box. Stick to your brand like a good little follower of branding and stay inside. The leftist groupies have been super-good at staying marginalized in similar manner for decades.
Many righties actually use and recommend a facebook-like service called MeWe that was started by genuine political liberals who apparently believe in free exchange of ideas–I’ve read about it on ZH and the gatewaypundit.com. I can’t vouch for it not having tried it. But it supposedly is actually by liberals not suicidally doctrinaire.

Jason Raimondo, the late co-founder of antiwar.com, right-libertarian, biographer of Murray Rothbard, close to some founders of the American Conservative, one-time R opponent of Pelosi, wrote about how he and colleagues would try to speak at anti-war rallies against, say, the Iraq war, but no no no no, they had the wrong brand and only orthodox liberal and liberal-leninist blah blah blah blah was allowed so they were dismissed, sent off for being totally inappropriate. The branding for the rallies was kept correct however. Politically correct. PC.
