UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock has ordered an “urgent review” into how Public Health England (PHE) calculates coronavirus death figures. It comes after two UK-based scientists highlighted the serious flaw in PHE’s statistics.
Hancock called for an investigation on Friday after confirmation that Covid-19 fatality figures for England include people who tested positive for the deadly virus months before they died
The critical difference in how deaths are recorded may explain why England’s death toll has remained higher than its neighboring nations.
It follows an astonishing article published on Thursday by University of East Anglia professor Yoon K Loke and Carl Heneghan, a professor of evidence-based medicine at Oxford University.
The analysis conducted by the two scientific statisticians showed that PHE has been recording the deaths of people who have previously tested positive for the disease as a coronavirus death – no matter if they had fully recovered from the virus before they died.
A patient who has tested positive, but successfully treated and discharged from hospital, will still be counted as a Covid death even if they had a heart attack or were run over by a bus three months later.
In their damning assessment, the pair insisted that it was “time to fix this statistical flaw that leads to an over-exaggeration of COVID-associated deaths.”
PHE data also confirm that more than 125 000 patients have been admitted to NHS hospitals for COVID, the majority being successfully treated and discharged. There are now less than 1900 patients in hospital. So, roughly 80 000 recovered patients in the community will continue being monitored by PHE for the daily death statistics. More and more people (who are mainly in the older age group) are being discharged to the community, but they clearly may die of other illnesses. By this measure there are 80,000 more covid patients waiting to die.

Over enough time, every person in the UK will get exposed to an RNA, related to this “virus”.
This RNA will give a positive Covid result.
By their definition, everybody therefore dies of Covid.
No wonder the public are fast losing faith in government and its institutions, in the West.
This is part of the collapse unfolding in the West, where western civilisation becomes dysfunctional, as the peeps do not trust each other or the institutions.
I agree this is ridiculous and needs to be investigated. It doesn’t explain the 60,000+ excess deaths in the first half of this year though. If it wasn’t Covid-19, they were caused by something else (unless death certificates are being forged and fake funerals are taking place ???).

It is postulated than many excess deaths were from the almost complete shut down of the medical system.
people could not see their doctors in person and were afraid of and discouraged to go to hospitals.
Hospitals were covid only .
Heart patients , cancer patients , asthma patients , stroke patient kidney patients who do not see care or go for their prescribed treatments will likely die sooner .
Is it not possible that thousands died prematurely from lack of care in Nursing homes and from sheer terror of this thing .
So this period you speak of that saw an increase in deaths over other years was likely a result of other causes…not all died of pneumonia.
Apparently there are now below average numbers of deaths…I bet you will see the average over a year will be near “normal”
Also why do you trust ANY stats coming from this obviously corrupt system
