Ford and Trudeau must read this and realize that any mandatory restrictions they are making for the unvaccinated are illegal. They go against the Nuremberg trials decision for delivering medicines. There must be informed consent. Sue their asses if they don’t wise up. I am glad that the Fascist boot will be removed from Australia.
Here’s the problem: it may well be illegal and unconstitutional, but unless people find a lawyer willing to represent them as a class action, and come up with the funds to pay for an immense court case, nothing will change.
I had faith and hope that Rocco Galati would file a suit the minute these mandates kicked in. My understanding was that it was imminent. Seems that has been abandoned and there is no way of finding out why.
