The guy that I saw first posting this, asked this question himself:

Easy to explain
As The Video Implies…Many diseases are due to Toxins .
Wuhan Northern Italy NYC and many other places have bad air quality in winter months
Toxins in the air getting into you system via the lungs and overwhelming the bodies capacity to clear them.
Also lack of Vitamins and Nutirents due to depleted soils and the empty calories we all ingest.
Also lack specifically of Vitamin D in the dark months.
Also stress ( fear / anxiety / insomnia ) leading to a weak immune system which cannot clear toxins as efficiently
Also toxins in the food ( pesticides , bad fats , sugar) and over eating …leading to obesity…Many Vitamins are fat soluble ( vit D) and are stored in the fat and cannot be used.
The Terrain Theory makes a lot more sense to me now after watching that video.
