For Canadians who can’t get HCQ or Ivermectin
Look at the video that Marcus James posted about Stew Peters’ interview with Dr. Zelenko. Zelenko says that Quercetin is not as powerful an agent as HCQ or Ivermectin but will work as a substitute to get Zinc into the cells. Quercetin is readily available in Canada. Check out Zelenko’s website at VladimirZelenkoMD.com He gives the Protocol Prophylaxis using Quercetin there.

Many thanks to Marcus James for first posting this interview.
Along those lines. I believe that to get Quercetin into ones diet without taking a supplement the best source is green tea.
I started taking quercetin in July 2020 when it was recommended by FLCCC.NET. Quercetin is an ionophore to facilitate the zinc to get into your cells and that is what keeps the virus out. HCQ had been previously recommended and then it became too political for FLCCC.NET. I switched to Ivermectin when that was recommended in addition to
Quercetin. Ivermectin is also an ionophore but in addition it is an antiviral. Check out the protocol here https://covid19criticalcare.com/covid-19-protocols/i-mask-plus-protocol/
A heartfelt thank you, PK. Will save that chart for future reference.
Looks like Quercetin is ALSO AN ANTIVIRAL.
“Ascorbic acid is a crucial vitamin necessary for the correct functioning of the immune system. It plays a role in stress response and has shown promising results when administered to the critically ill. Quercetin is a well-known flavonoid whose antiviral properties have been investigated in numerous studies. There is evidence that vitamin C and quercetin co-administration exerts a synergistic antiviral action due to overlapping antiviral and immunomodulatory properties and the capacity of ascorbate to recycle quercetin, increasing its efficacy. Safe, cheap interventions which have a sound biological rationale should be prioritized for experimental use in the current context of a global health pandemic. We present the current evidence for the use of vitamin C and quercetin both for prophylaxis in high-risk populations and for the treatment of COVID-19”
