Fascinating — but as long as they never talk about it than the “threat” of OHSA action will continue to be the cover that corporations need to implement the mandate. Unless somehow this information because common general knowledge it will not change the lack of discourse………
I think any Company that goes ahead and does their own “mandates” without guidance from the Labor Department is on their own and open to massive existential Law suits !!

You are correct. The key is lawsuits. Every union, every professional association. You need one or two wealthy independent contractors to sue as well. These restaurants in NYC and elsewhere that are doing the govt’s bidding must be sued and boycotted until they stop carrying out these unconstitutional mandates.
