The extraordinarily duplicitous FDA “Approval” … several comments
I asked for clarification on an earlier post here … saw nothing further.
Then I asked the same question elsewhere, and got this in a direct response
(See first comment for full text, in response to mine, from a post on another board)

The ONLY vaccine that received FDA approval is the BioNTech vaccine that can’t exist for years. The Pfizer vaccine now being used is NOT FDA approved. THIS IS PURELY A SHELL GAME!
Two letters were sent by the FDA. The one to BioNTech gave full approval to a vaccine named COMIRNATY which is the current Pfizer vaccine that is being rebranded. That letter specified additional studies that must first be completed and these tests could take years to complete.
The second letter sent to Pfizer simply extended the EUA on the currently shipping vaccine.
The big deal is this – the Pfizer release still absolves them from financial liability. The BioNTech does NOT absolve them from financial liability. THIS IS THE DEAL BREAKER. I doubt this FDA-Approved product will ever be brought to market.
It’s interesting to note that the Acting Commissioner of the FDA refused to sign the letter to BioNTech because it was a shell game. They had to find someone that would sign it and her last name is MALARKY.
Moderna will be in a similar situation. In the life of their company, they have never had FDA approval on any product they’ve brought to market. If they have their way, this will always be the case. A major class action suit against a product in wide distribution is the shortest distance to financial ruin and they are perfectly happy to operate under EUA agreements. Not only do they have no financial liability, they don’t have to do any marketing because the states and the federal government are doing all of that for them. In the 16 months following the signing of the contract with our government, their stock went from 127 to 427 so the EUA was not much of an impediment.
The only purpose of this FDA announcement was to associate the name Pfizer with FDA approval even though that is NOT what happened. Biden, the media, the governors and all the sheeple used this mistaken understanding to install and promote forced vaccinations.
I am amazed that this has not been covered on any Fox show I’ve watched. I guess they’ve been a little busy covering other news, though.
Here’s a link to a short video with Dr. Malone and Steve Bannon that discusses the two letters and links to those two letters:

This is a confusing topic no doubt…Bottom Line…Until we see a Vial labelled COMIRNATY….THERE IS NO VACCINE IN USE FOR COVID THAT IS APPROVED.
I understand from this comment and Dr. Malone’s Comment that COMIRNATY will not be manufactured until several conditions are met…therefore in reality NOTHIG was Approved.
Others have said Absolutely there was approval…but this seems like the real deal
It’s like a riddle: When is an approved vaccine not an approved vaccine?
I think this post needs to become the 6th sidebar entry for Pfizer vaxx approval.
Checkmate, maybe, but only if the last move is played. …and Mr. Pfizer takes his fingers off the piece.
(and Ras responds with docs and an observation)
Laser is apparently correct: The FDA Thugs did indeed send out two different letters

The FDA sent one letter to Pfizer:
https://www.fda.gov/media/150386/download
…and an entirely separate one to BioNtech:
https://www.fda.gov/media/151710/download
…each one slightly different from the other.
BTW, one thing that is THE SAME in both letters is the FDA admonishing Pfizer and BioNTech to ‘fess up regarding The Jab causing myocarditis and pericarditis in many victims who accept said “vaccine”.
That’s a stunner.
Anyway, on the FDA site that I originally checked, I saw no reference in the Pfizer Jab statement regarding these two letters, but the correspondence linked above clearly came from the FDA itself.
