VICTORIES AS FAR AS THE EYE CAN SEE
HAPPY INDEPENDENTS DAY AMERICA : WAKE UP AND SMELL THE VICTORY ( UPDATE >>> SEE # 8 )

1….TITLE IX VICTORY
AMAZING. District judge issued a nationwide injunction against Biden’s use of Title IX to mandate that hospitals perform transgender procedures. It’s a well-reasoned decision clearly distinguishing Bostock (which the government say means sex = gender identity).

3….GUNS VICTORY
This is huge news!
Anti-gun politicians in New York passed gun control in response to NYSRPA v. Bruen. We filed Antonyuk v. James to fight back, but the appeals court sided with tyranny.
SCOTUS just told the 2nd Circuit their ruling was wrong and to try again

5….TRANSPEDO VICTORY
HUGE WIN: Texas has defeated Biden’s attempt to require healthcare providers and States to perform and pay for “gender-transition” procedures under threat of losing federal funding.
The Court has stayed the Administration’s rule, noting Biden does not have the authority to require healthcare providers or States to perform or pay for these experimental procedures

6…………V FOR VIVEK !
Here’s how to dismantle the administrative state once and for all, both top-down & bottom-up:
The next White House sends a constitutionally trained lawyer into *every* agency to ruthlessly apply the “Major Questions Doctrine” (West Virginia v. EPA, 2022). Regulations with large economic impacts could be rescinded by executive action. A future President couldn’t resuscitate them either, Congress would have to pass a law to restore them: it’s a one-way ratchet.
At the same time, under last week’s Loper v. Raimondo decision, federal courts are no longer *required* to defer to agencies’ interpretation of the law. That means it’s ripe for private sector actors to file lawsuits challenging unconstitutional regulations & agency actions across the board. Different judges will reach different conclusions, but the overall effect will be to thin out the jungle of agency diktats.
Combine that with a 75% headcount reduction in the federal bureaucracy (plus the total abolition of many agencies), & you have the makings of a national revival.
It’s time to declare independence from managerial tyranny. It’s time to SHUT IT DOWN.

8….NEW YORK TIMES POLL
https://revolver.news/2024/07/new-york-times-poll-spells-its-joever/
SNIP
One of the more interesting findings in the poll was that men accounted for virtually all of Mr. Trump’s post-debate gains.
Mr. Trump has made appeals to machismo a centerpiece of his 2024 campaign, making his first public appearance after his felony conviction related to paying hush money to a porn star a visit to a U.F.C. fight, for instance.
In the pre-debate poll, Mr. Trump had led among likely male voters by 12 percentage points. After the debate, his lead among men ballooned to 23 points. That movement was particularly concentrated among younger men and men without college degrees.
