Why Herbs and Supplements Work as “Natural” Medicines
By Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH
As a practicing doctor of medicine specializing in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases, I am largely in the professional business of prescribing medications that patients pick up at pharmacies. I have always known alternatives exists, but I have never spent time or study in the world of homeopathic, naturopathic, holistic, functional, or integrative medicine. To be honest, I don’t even know what the best term to describe this specialty. I can tell you since the onset of the pandemic and the wholesale loss of confidence in traditional allopathic medicine, patients are leaving their doctors in droves seeking naturopathic physicians and other caregivers
Be YOUR own Doctor ( there is a sidebar category down there somewhere with a great list of articles to guide us.)
Look around for a Health and Wellbeing Mentor OR just listen to your own body and mind and spirit …but God knows DO NOT just trust the “Traditional” Medical Terrorist Establishment…that much is for sure
Personally I am impressed with “Doctors” like MacDonald and McCullough and others who have thrown off the shackles of The Allopathic Murder Model they have practiced all their careers and begun to explore more natural and lifestyle alternatives.
Food is your medicine. This is why I grow at least 80% of my own vegetables. When you grow own vegetables you will become healthier and you will seldom visit a doctor (haven’t been to one in years). You will also learn to become a great cook. The unfortunate side of it is that you will develop such a taste for good food that 99% of the restaurants will become a huge disappointment and then you will look at the bill and wonder why you spent so much money on mediocre food. The path to growing your own food will also lead to a great awakening in other areas.
