Unfortunately plenty of people fall for it, especially in this communist shithole known as Canada. Just back from long walk with our darling doggie. It’s Sunday afternoon in Vancouver. I’d say 25% of everyone walking around outside is proudly sporting a f***ing face rag, regardless of whether they are in a group or solo.
I used to think “well, I guess they are scared”. Now? I am beyond furious whenever I see them. Like, angrier than I’ve ever been. Like, it’s all I can do not to be violent.
Because these are the people that don’t care if we are forced to wear these things for the rest of our lives. These are the people that are screaming and crying to receive whichever shot (3rd? 4th?) is currently “mandated”. These are the people that think the unvaxxed should be banned from society. In short, these are the people that are keeping this incessant bullshit going, because they actually believe everything the government tells them.

I was shocked yesterday to see people wearing their masks outside by themselves no one else around with wind gusts up to 100 klms/hr.
Hey, man, think how far covid can travel in a 100 kmh wind! Super spreader for sure. But if they’re wearing masks when they don’t have to, then they’re getting injected when they don’t need to also and they won’t be around much longer. This is the nature of the war we’re in right now.
I would think the mask could catch a gust and sail them upward

Gawd, these people must think the Covid viruses are in every square foot of the atmosphere. I mean, if you are that terrified, why not just lock yourself in the basement forever?
Maybe there are some people locked away in their basements already. I remember hearing some pretty weird lockdown stories from last year like one about a woman who went without hot water for several months because she didn’t want a repairman in her house. Add in internet grocery shopping with home delivery and there could be some people working from home forever. They could become like those Japanese soldiers stranded on Pacific islands not knowing after 30 years that WW2 was over…
Rode the chairlift with strangers today as usual. Bandanas worn only to protect against frostbite. Covid is a distant memory for these people. i politely ask if I can join them Never refused.

The Branch members predominately live in the cities.
