   Dr. Peter McCullough reported success with n-k for spike protein detox of vaccinated patients.

     I thought there were no tests for spike proteins though? Is there a test? Then that means you can confirm if someone has ever been vaccinated. But everyone keeps saying no such test exists! I am getting confused about this because if McCullough can have success with Nattokinase then he must also be having luck with proving there is spikes in the first place.

       Maybe you can only test and see a decrease of Spike-P after taken NattoKinase? Sort of inverse-test.

       I went back and checked what Dr. McCullough had reported regarding the N-K and spike proteins.
       What he reported is not the same as what I stated. My mistake.
       Apparently, there have been three Japanese preclinical studies which clearly show that N-K can dissolve spike proteins.
       McCullough reported “I can’t make any therapeutic claims about N-K, but the pre-clinical data are convincing.”

   Yes, in case spike protein shedding is an issue.
   Easy and at reasonable price available.

   Fasting is the best and most effective solution.

   Start with intermittent fasting, by skipping breakfast, and cutting out the carbs (sugar, flour, etc)

   After a few weeks of this, transition to one meal a day, with no carbs in it.

   Basically the body will eat the spikes and any cells that produce it.

   Also, growth hormones kick in when fasting, to repair any organ damage.

     I didn’t know that, thanks. Do you happen to have any link, source or any additional information?

     I’m already doing all this, intermittent fasting + low carbs just for trying to eat and live healthier. (also, I didn’t take a jab)

     Looks like this way of living/eating has many interesting benefits. Reducing insulin resistance is one of them. (In case if you were abusing your body with too many carbs for decades as I had) About fasting, if you start eating once a day and start cutting carbs, you will notice, some days you will just not be hungry and you will skip a day or two, not eating anything. Giving liver, kidneys etc some necessary break.

     If this way of eating helps with spikes and gives protection at potential shedding then even better!
