I remember a microbiology or infectious disease lecture in medical school decades ago when one of the senior professors (I forget whether M.D., Ph.D., or both) provided similar or identical graphs and with wry understated humor suggested the limited contribution of modern medicine compared to improved sanitation. He emphasized the surprisingly small effect of antibiotics more than that of vaccines, as I recall, but both.
I myself had some brief contact later with a third world setting. It was clear to me that the #1 problem was water. Good intake water, good sewage disposal. It was clear that the clinicians felt that it was close to silly what they were doing because of the poverty and above all poor sanitation, manifested above all as bad water/sewage. Child comes in dying of malnutrition with gastroenteritis, tune child up, child goes out, child comes back in with same, possibly eventually dies.
I recently came across a monograph from around 1880 suggesting that vaccinations were of no positive value. I saw comments suggesting that people should download it before it was disappeared from the internet. I have only lightly skimmed it. If it’s still there and you like it, you might want to store it.

As for my personal view, I am frantic about wanting to avoid the current transfection agents and to a lesser degree any other Covid-1984 agents. Having rethought the immunization issue in recent months, I have deep suspicions about some things in my personal medical history as possible immunization side effects, permanent. I will leave it there. I am no longer the extreme pro-vaccination enthusiast that I used to be. However someone would have to be insane to be rigidly against all vaccinations all the time under all conditions. To give an extreme condition, you would have to be nuts not to be vaccinated against rabies if bitten by a rabid animal. I suspect routine use of some vaccines may be useful. Not something I’ve studied carefully.
