Ive only used it (gel) on my knee twice.. it works.
I am using it on a sore heel and ankle…when I use it I’m GOOD…but when I don’t the discomfort creeps back in

I used it 40 years ago when I ran track for university and pulled a muscle – 3 days later it was all better. I forgot about it for 40 years until the substack by A Midwestern Doctor started publishing on it recently.
