It is very, very bad of me to comment before having seen more than a tiny bit. I will try to look at the rest. Let me express some immediate misgivings, however.
1. One can end up disappointed putting too much hope in one person or even a fairly small group of people. They can be wiped out one way or another, unfortunately. I do not like mentioning the possibility, but it is possible that one or more persons can be compromised even from early on so as to cause significant difficulty. It is not necessarily true that others in the huge network can fill in quickly and efficiently. To the extent that one sees Reiner F?llmich’s name over and over again and the same faces with him it is perhaps a weakness as well as a strength.
2. Ultimately this is a matter of power. In my mind there is a question of whether this or that ruling can be overwhelmed by brute force in a courtroom or the result ignored. I do not mean to sound pessimistic. There is an optimistic version whereby large numbers of people in multiple countries refuse to cooperate, their numbers increase exponentially, they take control of broadcasting, as well as in one way or another exert proper democratic control over decisions. In some way a trial then becomes if not moot then at least not a necessity. Without popular backing, any sort of trial is likely not to occur, will be overruled, overwhelmed, etc. It is expression of popular opinion, coming from diverse elements of many populations, that is key.
3. I admit to having being a horrible politician and negotiator much of my life and having no formal training in military theory. However I believe that in the famous Art of War one of the points is that one must try to leave the enemy a route of escape. Perhaps I interpret that point too generally. However if there is too much publicity to “Nuremberg” some may wonder about being executed and may double down, even if they start thinking they are losing. They may try for some particularly horrible things. Perhaps one uses some legal threat, but I wonder whether the ideal is to aim for getting them to back down, also to empower any elites who are not too pleased on what is being done implicitly in their names. I will hold off on my vague ideas, but more a focus on analysis and healing (attempts to the extent possible at forgiveness even — but with worlds and worlds of reparations).
Excellent video, Fully. This guy knows his legal stuff. He successfully won cases against Deutsche Bank and Volkswagen. He is not a vague dreamer.
We have seen in the past evil regimes and evil schemes taken down by honest people acting together. In fact, this is a lesson of history. Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini and another murderous maniacs have been defeated. I believe we will see Nuremberg 2 trials and justice will be done. Convict these murderous people and sent them to jail.
