ROCK STARS
Hello Gary,
In spite of all the carnage and negative aspects, I have to admit to enjoying the corona show overall. It’s intensely interesting to try to figure out what’s really happening and why, and even amusing if the emotional aspect is set aside.
Because of my curiosity in all things, by nature I’m a researcher. The biggest challenge in research is always to attempt to determine the likely degree of validity of each aspect and of how each aspect likely affects the whole. It’s all so squishy, but it would not be interesting if it were not.
It was a few weeks ago that I first happened upon your new idol, rock star Dr. Judy Mikovits. It was in the context of researching Fauci that she popped up, as she is one of his detractors. Like you, I love her stories, but I was uncomfortable with sharing links to any of her information and videos because I was not certain of her integrity. I’m still not sure. She talks a good story, but the major scientific work she published in 2009 was later retracted because no one could duplicate it. Maybe worse, after publication she supposedly made “…unsubstantiated statements about the discovery …without publishing supporting data.” It’s also reported that Fauci played a role in the discredit of the research. Even though I’m not a Fauci supporter, it appears he acted correctly in this case and that Dr. Judy has an ax to grind.
What bothers me is I haven’t run across any thing where she addresses this issue. Maybe it’s there, but I haven’t found it yet. I am more comfortable listening to people’s truths if I know they can also see and admit when they are wrong. Whether or not her science was erred in at least this one case does not mean the rest of her stories are also flawed; I don’t want to throw the baby out with the bath water, but I do want to make sure there’s actually a bay in there!
Among the detractors of Fauci, Birx and Gates, there seems to be a massive jockeying for position between some of the story-tellers I like most. They include Dr. Judy and Dr. Shiva. Dr. Rashid Buttar and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. are also in the fight. All of these people are self-promoters, wanna-be rock stars.
Of this group, so far it’s Dr. Shiva is who I tend to be least put off by, which admittedly is a weird way to put it. I don’t recall coming across anything where he mentions Dr. Judy, but he is in a real battle with Kennedy. He’s openly calling Kennedy a liar and a fake, especially for his support of Hillary Clinton. Shiva has said Kennedy is using Buttar as a tool, who Shiva also does not speak well of. Given enough time, this stuff will sort itself out, so I won’t take sides now. That includes taking the side of Dr. Judy until I know more. But I will cherry pick and use the parts of any of their stories that I like, particularly that Fauci, Birx and Gates should be sent off somewhere out of the limelight.
I happened to see Msser’s post, with a video by ‘ZDoggMD’ about Dr. Judy. I watched that video, which gives me more insight into ZDOGG than into Dr. Judy! If you haven’t already done it, instead of watching the video at the link Msser provided, you might want to open it in YouTube. I suggest this because at the original link, no comments are allowed, but there are comments aplenty at YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KHeg9DDrjMs
An interesting thing is there are currently thousands more dislikes than likes of the video. This is a rare thing. It is a good barometer to monitor when checking out any video. What it says in this case is the majority of people think ZDogg is a schmuck. It’s worth scanning the comments under the video, which mostly run counter to why Msser posted the video.
Because you like Dr. Judy, here’s a video from 2015 that I think you’ll appreciate:

Over time, Dr. Judy seems to be pretty consistent with her stories.
Also, there’s the book she co-authored, “Plague: One Scientist’s Intrepid Search for the Truth about Human Retroviruses and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Autism, and Other Diseases”. I found it worthwhile to scan both the 5 star and 1 star reviews, to get both ends of the spectrum:
You probably won’t be surprised that my take on all this corona stuff and life in general is most closely aligned with Steins1’s expressed views. He seems like a genuinely happy guy, happy inside without an attachment to needing the external details to be any certain way.
I appreciate all you do for me and everyone, keeping Goldtent up and running smoothly, even with controversies!
Now it’s time for me to head out in search of those elusive morels.
Bill
Fully’s final comment:
Every happy Ending has a morel
🙂
On zdog. I couldn’t get past the incorrect Grammar
I just posted it as an opposing view
I also like your dislike least comment. That’s where I am on most of this
I do have a dislike most aNd that’s chinA
I have people reporting to me in my business who are living in Shanghai.
They went on lockdown weeks before Wuhan went on lockdown.
They told me it was for this virus (it didn’t have a name at that time)
Through by business dealings with China. I have a tremendous
Distrust for most things out of China. Which doesn’t make my
opinion on this topic objective.
From my perspective I can’t get over the fact China was acting much
Earlier and aggressively than they allowed the world to see.
I can’t get past this.
LOL!
I’m reading this guy’s post (Bill) thinking, thank god Fully has brought on the most level headed guy yet to contribute! Then I get this very nice compliment, thank you Bill!
Believe me, I can get worked up over anything with the best of them.
But I also know that the past is a myth and the future is an illusion, the only thing real is the present moment. Easy to understand, very difficult to practice. And as Fully and I have talked about, the more we can practice appreciation, the better we feel.
That simple, but again, hard to be convinced at times.
Thanks Bill for the well thought out comments. And we do share a an interesting trait, looking with curiosity…….. 🙂
>>>Curiosity can be defined as “the desire to learn or know about anything.” When I think of curious individuals, I think of people who are not just interested in learning facts and knowledge, but as those who are hungry for new interpretations and perspectives – even if they think they might already know about something. They question everything and yearn to know how things work, how they can work better, how others think, and wonder constantly if… what… when… why… how…<<<
