Pandemic Ethics Scholar Dr. Julie Ponesse breaks down and reacts to a key judgement by Justice A. Pazaratz ruling in favour of a mother who doesn’t want the Covid-19 vaccine for her kids.
Crucially, Pazaratz explains that it’s not illegal to question your government and think critically.
That is an astounding document.

What’s amazing is that is so amazing. We’ve heard so much junk for so long from so many officials that this one judge’s intelligent and proper reaction is such a great relief. It seems that just the list of side effects on the Pfizer insert was enough for him to say that the mother’s refusal to get the children “vaccinated” was justified. Just goes to show how important those little formal disclosures like side effects can be in situations like this.
It was also good to see that he considered the views of Rob Malone, the inventor of mRNA, as credible, as well as Dr. McCullough. I also like how he said the government reference were credible but not always correct, and then he cited many examples of government errors in the past. It’s good to know there is at least one judge not bought off by the WEF or Bill Gates (of Hell).

This is important. Far more so than provinces lifting their decrees.
Since the medical tyrannists should never have had the power to install them in the first place.
The stage is still set for a return to this regime at the next ‘scare’.
Where are the recourse mechanisms? Will the anger simply dissipate, and fail to provoke institutional reform?
This is like our first court win, I expect it will become an avalanche of wins shortly. Woohoo!!!!
Personally until now I never thought the courts would go against the government but rational behavior has to prevail and the Trudope government has shown how useless and manipulative they are.
