And when his dealings with China are revealed…there will be a huge majority who feel he is illegitimate.

Just like criminals, they weigh the odds of getting caught or then getting off with a slap on the wrist, against their expected upside.
This is where something akin to Treble Damages (from antitrust) needs to be invoked.
And the DNC should be charged in the suit.
If you find a criminal enterprise (like the mob and or the Democratic Party) you use RICO to prosecute and break them up. The Dems need to be dismantled. Let the remaining socialists who haven’t commited a crime(or just didn’t get caught yet) start a new party.
