More needed. This is a great story. So little to chew on in the article though. More analysis would be helpful since its all legalese which is pretty much a foreign lanuage to most mortals. How is it being implemented? By whom? I mean which banks are affected immediately and who will take a lead position to start their run towards renewed independance?

Yup. Check with Ellen Brown, who has written tons on the State Bank of N Dakota.
There are state banks in probably every state.(some more than others)I would expect that in those states that have passed legislation allowing for gold and silver to be issued as money(as decreed in the US Constitution) some of their banks will do this. It is going to provide massive competition to the FED and the US dollar. If this spreads to even a handful of the states that have done so the FED and the dollar are going to collapse.
In fact it will give the FED and the US Treasury no option but to return to sound money(a gold standard) or else become obsolete.
I don’t read ANYTHING like that headline from my review of the SCOTUS ruling.
Its certainly not apparent from what I read in that opinion. I’ll defer to a legal beagle who sees more to it.
