Rancher and Carnivore for OVER 65 Years! (You Won’t Believe Her Age!)
Since I have lived this same off the grid lifestyle, I can attest to much of what she says as being truth. Long video but IMO worth it!

Their diet: “We eat meat that we raise or hunt ..eggs ..cheese and butter” And that is it folks. And Look at her!
This is only food suitable for the human species over their lifetimes. Until humans decided to experiment with plants 8000 years ago. And its been downhill since then. What a screw up.
The woke are vegans. Good. They will die early.
Hi All,
… There are many vegans going carnivore because of nutritional health deficiencies… My wife and I are on what you could kind of call: ketovore… half meals keto and one half carnivore …. the experienced benefits include never having food cravings, lots of stable energy… only need to eat twice a day (could really be one), increased emotional and mental clarity, +++
Really not too hard to do… no sugar, no or very, very little carbs, no processed foods, no crap seed oils… and you’re 95% there… They are also finding a lot of various “toxins” in many plants that they produce to keep their predators away… add this to include our current soil nutrient deficiency and herbicides, pesticides and even preservatives put on fresh veggies… well, what’s left… ??
I think the main issue is breaking through our BS ingrained corporate food pyramid!!
2 fun food facts: 1. your brain is feed by ketones (fat produced energy) not carb/sugar energy
2. the most anti-inflammatory food out there….. BEEF (grass fed, free roaming)
….. See the website/youtube of Dr. Berg … great public proponent of Keto
Well, I guess I’m going to die early. But I don’t give a damn. I’ve tried ’em all…vegetarian, omnivore, keto. Have to say that the one that made me the most miserable was the “no sugar very little carbs lots of protein” one. Yes I lost weight (although I didn’t need to; those on the forum who have seen me in person can attest to that). Felt physically unwell and mentally…just miserable.
Finally came to the conclusion that, for me, I am happiest and feel best with certain days vegetarian, certain days omnivore.
Hey, I’m not judging other people’s diets. But I enjoy good bread, and cereals, and pasta, and yes, I LOVE dessert. If eating this way takes 5-10 years off my life, so be it. With all the globalist bullshit heaped upon us over the past 4 years, there’s not much joy in our lives. I’m not turning my eating regime into an exercise in self-denial.
I think a lot of what is most pleasing and nourishing to us individually is what we are/were raised on…What our body recognizes and accepts as “food”. Also I think many who have allergies to certain foods is for the above reason. I have a Vegan adult daughter who is often sick, but the thought of eating meat of any kind just makes her gag. LOL!! So I guess what I am saying is, one size does not fit all when it comes to clothes, shoes, or diets. We’re NOT identical clones; we’re individuals who know ourselves better than anyone else knows us, so we need free choice when it comes to anything that pertains to us individually, and as long as it doesn’t negatively affect others, it’s none of their business….My body, my choice!
Hi Wildwoodwolf… Hi GreenMountianGirl… Just saying… I’m not fanatical about any of this, this is just what is working for us right now… and what I need right now… and yes I’ll be happy to have a brioche or sourdough bun with my burger… Probably the best is “intuitive eating”… connecting, asking and getting to our body and getting a feeling/sensing back of what the body needs on a daily basis to stay balanced… as everybody’s needs are different due to genetics, age, location and even stage of embodied conscious energetics and DNA we are bringing together…
Thanks for all your perspectives and experiences!!
