I can’t take this seriously. The Liberal party is concerned only with maintaining control of government. This step would finish them as a viable alternative to govern. Unless they are willing to go full nazi, and abolish elections, it won’t happen.

He is too much of a coward to make any such decision on his own — such an order could only be make upon approval from his WEF mentors.
The most likely excuse would not be the truckers but rather Russia/Ukraine and the requirement for NATO to come to the defense of Ukraine (which in a warped mind requires war measures act).
He could then hide behind same to demand the military clear the streets of Ottawa — you know because we are now at war and the country has to pull together packaging.
