A bit concerning considering all the celebrating that has been going on. As I have described myself, I am an optomistic realist. No to the voting machines.
Correct, but the challenge is to get the state legislatures in at least the swing states and those known to cheat, to go back in time to those older and safer ways of running elections.
Each state currently runs their own elections, covering state local and federal positions.
But FEDERAL law should govern the procedures used to fill federal seats: POTUS VPOTUS and Congress.
So … separate them. Create a separate federal ballot, watermarked an all.
And have federal law stipulate paper, photo ID and same day with exceptions (military, elderly, etc.).
You still have to guard against the Executive Branch weaponizing the system. Maybe with an IG chosen by the minority party.
And get the USPS out of the picture. They are co conspirators.
Just posted this and then, scrolling down, discovered you already did, so I deleted it. Nickson is amazing. What she writes is shocking! Thanks for posting. This is vital for everyone to read. We’re up against very powerful forces, and the idiots on the left and most of the general public have no idea what’s going on behind the scenes.
