Doesn’t each member of govt. including the President and Congress swear and oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. I don’t believe one gets to pick and choose which amendements and parts you have to uphold and which you can deny or not uphold.That means anyone subverting and not upholding even just one part of the Constitution has violated their oath and at the very least should be removed from their position.
