The Shakeout Fakeout
So overnite, particularly in London after 4AM EST, they smacked gold and particularly silver until the 8AM NY open of Comex floor trading. The comeback has been even stronger than I had hoped. If it continues and silver especially, surges back to and over 26, things are going to get interesting fast. The experts were all talking about the usual option expiration next Tuesday and that gold could be held around 1990-2000 and silver around 25. That would be the expected behavior based upon previous expirations and the criminal bankers usual playbook. However, there are lots of clues that the major silver shorts have finished covering(this mornings selloff was probably the finale.) Do they peg the prices until at least next Tuesday or is it “Katie bar the door” time and silver shoots to at least 28 and runs over everyone expecting a hold around 25? Place your bets and takes your chances.
Sir CM,
May be this is the shakeout which gives us a chance to add more/cost average down on existing lossy juniors, or enter some more beaten down names … or even venture on adding those that have broken out above long term downtrend lines!
I understand that Eric King and his website is mocked my many here.
But this few minutes long audio update from Alasdair Macleod updates on why “this time is different” , not as a perma-bull but looking at the behind the scenes fireworks in DXY/Comex etc.
I tend to agree that “they” are trying to control the situation.
