FAA requires at least one year of post-marketing experience with a new drug before consideration for aeromedical certification purposes. This observation allows time for uncommon, but aeromedically significant, adverse reactions to manifest themselves.
So the FAA ignored its own rules and regulations.
Sue them. And sue the employer (airline).
The pilots could do a class action litigation, which means the law firm gets a cut of the payout, and no costs to the class litigants.
99% of civil aviation regulators globally, including military aviation regulators, ALL ignored their own rules and policies.

Bottom line: Its no longer safe to fly, with regulators not doing their jobs, and pilots who can have a heart attack with no notice.
Agreed Spock, I am thinking same. As much as I am pissed off about our arrogant little shithead making up these illegal rules about who can and cannot board a plane based on vax status, it’s in the back of my mind that any and all pilots in this fascist dictatorship country have taken the poison, either willingly or under duress. And therefore are at risk of an event during flight.
Gee, wouldn’t it be nice if Turdo boarded for another of his innumerable private jet flights, and the pilot was a woke leftist who believed the bullshit, and the pilot suffered an event while over the Atlantic Ocean and…….
