One of my favorite non precious metals stocks, TLC, has carved out a four month cup. The handle is short so far and there is no way of knowing if it will break out soon or build a longer handle. I am in(and have posted) at lower prices, so I can wait as long as it takes. If you aren’t in or are looking to add, be aware of the gap between 4.75-5. If it pulls back to there I will add. If not I will just sit and wait.
