I’ve just been reading a pretty interesting piece

followed by a lengthy comment section with the usual mix of garbage and treasure.
WordPress apparently disappeared an important item by a couple of major scientific figures. One of the off-guardian administrators notes (just above comment by Arby on the topic) in the comments section that they had to change the piece to link to an archive organization because of WordPress’s deletion of the original piece.
In the relevant portion of the comment section people give reasons why neither of the two archive organizations are necessarily reliable for keeping items safely. Interesting times.

It’s remarkable how much of the left (or what remains of it) – to the extent that left-vs-right means anything goes along with the Covid stuff. Off-guardian does stand out as an exception. It, like anyone and anything can and should be criticised.
It is good to look at things from different perspectives.
