Canadian court approves $290 million class action lawsuit against Freedom Convoy
Ontario Court of Appeals Justices David Brown, Peter Lauwers, and Steve Coroza ruled that a $290 million class action lawsuit against the Freedom Convoy for ‘public nuisance causing pain’ should be heard.
On March 6, Ontario Court of Appeals Justices David Brown, Peter Lauwers, and Steve Coroza ruled that a $290 million class-action lawsuit against some of those who organized and participated in the Freedom Convoy for creating a “public nuisance causing pain” will be allowed to proceed.
The defendants of the claim are Freedom Convoy organizers Tamara Lich and Chris Barber along with a number of other participants and entities. A previous attempt to have the lawsuit dismissed was rejected.
The Socialists / Communists running the Liberal Party can’t stand the idea of citizens desire for freedom and being uncensored. They have appointed the Ottawa judges and want total control over backroom decisions. Perhaps the “Truckers” will rise again during the next federal election to remind citizens of who exactly is destroying a once great nation……..and what pain will arise from succumbing to the globalist desires of WEF False Climate Tax Mark Carney!
Pathetic! Freedom of speech nets you life shattering lawfare. One for the fifty first state. I guess.
And Ontario, too. I’m shocked.
I’d love to see a massive Trucker Protest against these fuckers. It would be epic! The whole country would join in! Mark to Market Carney would wish he was back at his favourite London leather bar.
