account of excerpt from Trump’s speech

Quote:”I was watching live; up late working. I saw the whole speech. Maybe these moments passed by everybody, because nobody seems to be talking about them.
It was clearly unrehearsed, because it visibly interrupted Trump’s train of thought, as he was thanking people on stage for their help. He then began thanking Musk in this way: DJT was on the phone recently with some big-wig while watching Space X land on TV. He told the guy he had to put down the phone a minute to watch the ship land. He described the visually stark engulfing flames, the gyroscopic uprighting of the ship, the way it landed perfectly, “cradled like a baby into the waiting arms” of the gantry. He was making cuddling gestures. It was poetic theatrics at it’s finest. Sort of like the bloody ear/ fist in the air thing.
Then he transitioned to a conversation he’d had with Elon:
Could the Russians do it? Elon says “nope”.
Could Chyna do it? Nope.
We’re the only ones who can do it? Yep.
Then he took the gantry cradle metaphor and spontaneously (maybe) proposed that America should adopt the concept of nurturing geniuses and their innovations rather than surrounding them with mediocrity.
Simply stated, in was an incredible spontaneous segway to make an empowering point with a seasoned oratorical flourish.
He did not speak like this 8 years ago. His recent Press Club appearance was almost as entertaining.
Maybe he has finally found his groove. I submit he will become the most beloved president of our lifetime, even more than Reagan.” END QUOTE
