Don’t know about Hecla but buying small today with Silver around $30.50 but under $29.50 this market looks dicey to me. Buy the big down days. In this case today is better than buying yesterday right buds? If Armstrong is right and we have topped in the metals at least short to intermediate these trades will be losers.
