Right idea, wrong state.
CO was the first (IIRC) to implement mail in ballots.
SSE IS GOING TO JAIL FOR 9 YEARS BECAUSE SHE OPENED THE “BOOKS” TO MIKE LINDEL’S GROUP TO SHOW THE ELECTION FRAUD
I followed her saga closely at the time. And it happened in a red part of the state, in the mountains. But with CO she didn’t stand a chance of a fair trial.
Exactly. Totally OK in the eyes of the “system” to commit election fraud, but completely unacceptable to expose that fraud and or challenge a possible rigged election. Even though the Constitution and various laws provide specific avenues to do so, the powers that be can’t allow anyone to question their chosen candidates.
The Judge walked himself right into reversal.
He says he’s sentencing Tina Peters to jail because prison is where people who are a danger to all of us by “the pen, the sword, or the word of the mouth” should go.
Sorry “Judge” Barrett. It violates the First Amendment to criminalize the pen or the word of the mouth.
