Finding the next shooter is easy, go through the list of Black Rock Commercial participants- seems like a shadow CIA payroll.

Some new info in the criminal complaint affidavit for Routh. Cell phone data shows his phone was in the same approx. location where he was found for a period of about 12 hours — starting at 1:59 AM — until he was spotted around 1:20 pm. The stuff he left behind is against a cyclone fence, not a concrete fence. The weapon is an SKS 7.62×39 — developed in WWII but widely manufactured around the world in various versions still. It was scoped. He has a felony conviction in North Carolina in 2002 for possession a “weapon of mass destruction.”
