FYI, Michael Maloney believes 500 ounces of silver will eventually by the median home price in the US. That’s like $500+ silver at today’s home values.
Those were the days…..not only of reasonable homebuilding prices, but also of aesthetically pleasing architecture. I am speaking of the province of BC here….go anywhere (yes, even Vancouver) and you will be met with a few pleasing structures but mostly a hodgepodge of ugly houses. Yes I know that “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”, but way back, attention was paid to balancing and symmetry and pleasing detail. The Golden Ratio in design. It was thrown out during the 1950’s. What a shame 🙁
