Loading ...CANADA — Ontario’s pandemic response spawned a secret regulatory compliance bureaucracy
The ‘regional regulatory hubs’ evolved from a pandemic-born initiative to create a permanent regulatory compliance mechanism that utilizes behavioural science to achieve its goals, with little (if any) public oversight.
It sounded chillingly similar to the building of an insider Ministry of Truth, reminiscent to that depicted in Orwell’s 1984 dystopian novel detailing a world governed by surveillance, propaganda and censorship. To garner information on this hub, Rebel News filed an access to information request to determine what was being discussed by this new bureaucracy. They found that It “will use email initially but then transfer to a top-secret SharePoint Platform.” and that information “will not be shared outside of the hub without express permission from the authoring ministry or agency.”
The ministries involved are broad in scope – 18 of the 29 Ontario ministries partake in this, from the Ministry of Health to the Ministry of the Environment, Long-Term Care, Education, Colleges and Universities, Labour and Immigration, Finance, etc. On a slideshow presentation created by RCO, key players include the above as well as public health units, police boards, and by-law. This is supposed to create a “One Ontario approach within a modern regulator community,”
According to additional email communication, Avian Influenza was already a topic of discussion within the RCO (Regulatory Compliance Ontario) in March 2023.
This sneaky, elusive bureaucracy lacks transparency and accountability. It evolved from a pandemic-born initiative into a mechanism for enforcing top-down orders, with minimal public oversight. Using behavioural insights in compliance programs raises concern for psychological manipulation, suggesting this tool is for unchecked bureaucratic control rather than to serve the public interest.
So a NEW ONTARIO bureaucracy designed to enforce mandates in a NON-FOIA accessible manner on behalf of most Ministries of the Ontario Government –> that was supposed to be kept secret from citizens but they failed to do so – eh!
Perhaps opposition party politicians might want to start gathering data……………….
The battle to maintain the Narrative is fierce.
What’s at stake if the permanent bureaucrats loose?
-Big Pharma goes down (less funding to universities, municipalities, sports, MSM, etc)
-Public health has a lot of explaining to do, same as the medical community who went along
-elected and unelected pushers of the poison juice will be exposed
-trust in institutions may not recover without a complete revamp
In other words, if the Deep State (permanent bureaucrats) lose, the entire structure of the various agencies in Government will need to be purged. This would be monumental and cause a huge disruption in life. A good thing if we come out the other end but chaotic. they will fight to the death as it will be so destructive to Them.
The educational control from K to advanced degrees has been ongoing for at least a generation. If we can scale back this influence it will go a long way to correcting our insanity from the bottom up. Education has become Big Business and saddles University Grads with crushing debt as Universities become show pieces and propaganda centres instead of teaching institutions.
A friend has sent me notices from her local Town “list serve” in VT where the Select Board members are more concerned with the Israeli-Palestine Conflict than the Town’s day to day business. The Town appears to be headed towards collapse.
Hopefully the residents will speak up before it’s too late.
