From my Saturday post about Silver history. “I didn’t know about “silver having it’s own day – Monday.” Maybe with this Monday being Memorial Day in the US, but Asian and other world markets open, Silver can get back on track with the recent strong, upward trend?” INDEED!

Good morning, I am sitting in a Tim Horton in Richmond BC. The weather has sucked every day since arriving on Friday. There is a Costco just down the street. I bought a 10 ounce RCM bar. It is very nice looking bar. It was even more sweet a deal as I purchased with my winnings from the Texas Holden game I won in the ship’s casino. I have reached the point where I am ready to go back to Kauai which is Wednesday.
You know what they say about Vancouver. If you can see the mountains, it’s going to rain.
If you can’t see them, it’s raining.
What is happening today is what I was expecting. The rest of the world is buying, driving up the price and with the CRIMEX closed for the holiday any remaining NY silver shorts are going to get squeezed.

Sir Kestrel, There are many reasons for the miners to lag. They should do well from here but the big moves won’t come until the stock market rolls over. That should begin soon. It will likely build slowly and gain momentum over the rest of this year.
