Rutgers University students for now will have no choice but to comply with the university’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, after a federal appeals court ruled the university had a rational basis for the mandate as part of efforts to curb the pandemic on campus.
Julio C. Gomez, lead attorney for the plaintiffs, told The Defender that CHD and the students “are considering all options, including further appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.”
This ruling will likely be used by every educational institution to mandate mRNA “gene modification injections” once Disease “X” is released!!
You have the freedom to choose NOT to go to Rutgers
These Universities should be avoided.
Choose one with No mandates
Better still choose a trade where you can participate in your education without a university .
Why pay a small fortune to be indoctrinated
Agree with you — much better long term prospects by learning a trade where you actually know how to do something (plumber, electrician , construction trades ec etc – so many to choose from)
