Got caught up on the past four years since I saw them last.
This couple usually comes with two other couples. Not this time. Why?
Couple 1: Husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer last year. A scan was performed at the same time and he got the diagnosis of advanced lung cancer. He felt fine right up until his diagnosis.
Now dealing with cancer treatment.
His wife has some blood issues that have not been fully diagnosed as yet. Came on suddenly last year as well.

Couple 2: Wife has some vascular condition. Not serious but sudden.
Husband so far so good.

I said thankfully you two are healthy. Well no. The husband was just treated for prostate cancer. Suddenly and it was advanced. A year ago his PSA was normal and all was well.
His wife had no family history of Diabetes or symptoms until a year ago. Bingo. Full fledged Diabetes.

All these couples were very healthy. In their 60’s.

They proceeded to tell me of some other friends who had sudden health challenges in the past two years. No one died but all were very sudden and advanced prior to diagnosis.

All had 2-4 shots. Not members of the Branch. Forced due to work.
What could I say? They are not getting anymore shots! No mention about it could have been from the shots even though I hinted at it.
I do need some friends and can’t piss off everyone.

When GMG told me she’s not seeing a lot of illness other than chronic respiratory bouts, I mentioned that beneath the surface there are lots of sudden adverse events that we are not hearing about unless prompted as they all look normal. They are adding up.

My cycling buddy is having a difficult time shaking his chronic respiratory condition. 9 weeks?? Three shots willingly taken and possibly the Fall booster but I don’t ask. Once again, I need some friends.
I believe his MD is trying different meds.
