Court rules Trudeau’s invocation of Emergencies Act was UNREASONABLE and UNCONSTITUTIONAL

   There is only a very small victory here! Western statists have washed their hands of the rule of law long ago. They pass unconstitutional laws as a matter of course. They don’t give a damn that these laws are illegal. They ride them for two, three, or four years while the rest of us do our best to have them overturned. In the meantime, they accomplish their goals of punishing anyone who stands against them. For example, how much private money did it take to get this ruling? A hell of a lot, no doubt. The statists had their bills paid by the taxpayers. Some greasy lawyers in their camp made small fortunes, to be sure.

   Thanks WWW, hopeful news but I also think too long after the fact for this to have meaningful impact and does not reflect well on the court’s moral resolve. To the point now where, as in another recent post, Gov Hochul is locking ppl down in NY and for the most part they will obey. Truly unbelievable.
