We already pay for most items by Debit or Credit Card.
The early adopters could include the 30% who go along with the “current thing” without much thought, good or bad. I’m thinking the 58% of Canadians who willingly took the third shot will embrace the CBDC. I don’t know. Personally, I don’t trust centralized control for all the obvious reasons. It is the prefect tool to enslave the population.

There will be enticements to motivate the masses to accept universal use. Will it only be the critical thinkers who say no, then the Centre people follow when they discover that it was a bad idea?
