Here an update on DRV which is a 3x short-Real Estate Derivative.

DRV so far is more or less holding the 50-line which remains Line in the sand for DRV-bulls. Today seems showing some Life but still early to say as DRV could continue going sideways.

And despite empty storefronts CRE has held up fairly well even with rising rates.
A recent article on this says 44% of CRE is multi family (apartment) housing, so the largest chunk is being held up by a tight rental market.
