GOLDTENTER GOES TO CHINA
TO PROTEST 🙂
Hey Gary,
The cryptic messages I sent earlier were because of limited time to send them. I was technically in China then, but not really. I’ll explain.
Since Hanoi, I’ve been out wandering around by motorcycle. It’s the perfect way to travel here. Anyway, today I arrived at a place call B?n Gi?c Falls. It’s in the northeastern corner of Vietnam, straddling the border between Vietnam and China. While visiting the falls, which are incredible, I took a little boat ride to the base of the falls. I asked the driver to go to the river shore of China, which he did. Once we were well across the border, I refreshed the https://goldtadise.com/ page on my phone.
What I wonder i what your locator shows for people who access the Tent. Does it show the country they are physically in when logging on, or just the country of the network provider? I’m guessing the latter, and no doubt I was still accessing the net through Vietnam. But let me know if you see someone had logged on from China at whatever time it was you received my earlier emails.
Here’s something you’ll find interesting. There were no people on the Chinese side, so I asked the manager of the place I’m staying tonight. He said there have been no people since China locked down for covid. Then he said, they actually closed the border about 3 moths before covid. Think about that…
Editors not…cant download the picture of the falls for some rteason at the moment…It’s stunning !
The China side of the river being deserted sounds like something from the old cold war days. What a difference political lines drawn on maps can make.
Does the whole world speak English now or is Goldbaloon the master of foreign languages. When I was travelling after graduating it seemed nobody spoke English except tour guides and tourists.
