You can measure the truth in my post, Totalitarians and the Party Line, by how furiously it was opposed. If it were not the truth, it would have been ignored. Well it’s the concept of intellectual integrity. North has none. That is the idea that when one is confronted with facts overturning ones closely held beliefs one prefers to simply ignore them. Reconciling ones wrong beliefs with reality is just too painful and one prefers to live in ones own false world rather than adapt to reality.
