But he is Our useful dolt 🙂

Agree – he was a lib and still is. He is dead right on one thing: covid.
Unfortunately, the baggage that goes along with the covid hoax was not enough to red pill poor Alex. But he is a bulldog, and keeps fighting, won’t let go. Amazing guy.
I stopped following Berenson when he turned and attacked Malone in an interview a year ago. But he does have some value sometimes and often expresses things very clearly and powerfully. His take on marijuana making people crazy is actually worth looking into as there seem to be some genuine neurological studies that show a link. I would think though that such a connection between marijuana and dementia would be easy to see in places like Jamaica where consumption is more common and has existed for multiple generations. Just like here with the obvious deteriorating mental effects of long term alcoholism.
