It would be interesting for them to explain why vaccination, if it really was possible, wouldn’t in fact be their main strategy. After all, if these “vaccines” really were genuine vaccines then they would prevent any transmission from occurring by making infection impossible. A real vaccine would have ended all threat of travelers bringing covid with them into the country. Perhaps the Public Health Agency of Canada didn’t think they would work? Maybe in fact, they knew they didn’t work?
