According to a Ukrainian government website, the app will become the home of every government service as well as a platform for citizens’ identities that can be used for banking, paying taxes, and registering births.

“The Ukrainian government is swiftly moving to digitalize its entire administrative arm, with the nation’s Ministry of Digital Transformation already creating the world’s first app combining digital identification with passports, licenses, insurance, social welfare benefits, COVID “vaccination” records and more with “absolutely no internal restrictions.”
