One of the Democratic mantras, attributed to Rahm Emanuel, among others, is the taking advantage of any and all crises(real or imagined) to advance your many agendas. Not only was COVID-19 used(likely created) to steal the election but to help out the profligate blue states to lower their Medicare costs going forward.
