   Maybe I’m getting greedy or asking for too much, but it is a little disappointing that some of the silver miners are still below their 2016 high. They can make up a lot of ground in a day or two or three, but it’s not too bullish at the moment that they are underperforming silver, in some cases pretty badly.

     Nautilus, I was commenting on exactly that today with my father. I would need to examine 2009-2011 to sen if silver stocks went last to move, makes sense.

     I’m with you. I find it disappointing and even worrisome.

     However I have seen the comment to the effect that it is a good sign — that the silver stocks are not getting ahead of themselves, not getting overbid, that there’s still time…

     Also, if I recall correctly, the 1980s peak in gold stocks occurred quite a long time after the peak in the bullion prices. I wasn’t following the stuff then but I think I’ve seen charts to that effect. Not that I think silver has peaked. I think it will be some scary downs and ups for a while, quite a while. Maybe the world blows up or Giant Meteor joins us before silver bullion makes it chance to have a definitive peak this time around so we won’t get to know.

       Have the robinhoobders even had time to look into juniors let alone silver juniors and explorers? I think it is coming my friend. I don’t even think the letter writers have seen big surges in subscriptions yet. That would be the tell tale. Maybe we can hear from Spock, Rambus, Plunger, Surf, Jordan et al. What say you?

         I have seen the asssertion that RobinHood does not allow purchase of stocks via non-US excchanges or of OTC stocks. Don’t know whether true.

         A couple of trading days or so I saw an article (ZH?) indicating that some PM-related ETF was getting RobinHood-style interest (forget details).

   I dunno Fully, maybe silver is trying to find it’s true value, It has been artificially surpassed by tons of paper for years. What is the real value? Hell, what is the real value of gold? Let’s go back to the debt clock. Silver is almost 4k. https://www.usdebtclock.org

   FGC, you and I have been through the great triumphs and bitter defeats as gold bugs, spanning several decades. (Never thought I would live to say that!) But as I told my son tonight, I have never seen moves like this in silver. It is astonishing. I told him to make a scrapbook of what he is living through – charts, graphs, photos, articles, snapshots of his portfolio as it grows like a week, so he can share those memories with his two year old son. I also told him that in doing so he’ll be documenting the final demise of the U.S. republic as the last bricks of freedom are removed and the last flicker of man’s greatest experiment in personal freedom goes out. The two are inextricably linked. The triumph of gold and silver = end of the U.S.A. as a beacon of liberty for the world.
