Trade Or Hold ?
I’m going to book some profits in the next couple of days. But it’s important to view individual charts to avoid ending up chasing a higher price. This is one that is likely to see a pretty shallow correction – not really worth the risk of trying to trade. Instead, I’ll add when that gap gets filled.
I have never been good at selling — I always think things are going to keep going up. If I do sell, I always seem to buy back at higher prices!
Yep.. when I read or listen to someone talking about buying or selling… first thing I ask myself,,, what time frame are they on? Are they day trading? Scalping? Swing or position trading? Where they over sized a while back at lower prices.. no reducing to a regular sized position (Ie Plunger)… or are they over sized right now and are baout to get a margin call if the price goes 1% against them? Lots to consider when interpreting someones 255 or less character tweet or comment.
Damm I should use an auto correct… holy moses.. how can you guys read this?
Lol
To be sure, no 1 size fits every person in every situation at every instant.
Nevertheless one rule I have read more than once seems correct and not just psychologically:
If you buy at the absolute low or sell at the absolute high you are doing things wrong.
Here, as is often the case with great opportunities, I did not even think of buying it at least not since 2016, so no problem for me.
